Introduced in line with the Authority’s endeavor to build a detailed customer database
DUBAI, UAE, 12 October 2022:As part of its participation at GITEX Technology Week 2022, the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is showcasing its interactive dashboard, a component ofGPSSA’s digital transformation plan which aims to create an accurate and detailed customer database.
Speaking about the initiative at GITEX, Hind Al Suwaidi, Head of the Benefits Management Department at the GPSSA said: “This innovative project kick-starts the Authority’s journey to build modern and sophisticated systems that support the introduction of new digital platforms, allowing customers to complete services through systems that use latest technology such as Artificial Intelligence and other innovations.”
Al Suwaidi added that this new project reflects GPSSA’s efforts in building a detailed and accurate customer database, which will boost operational efficiency, stressing that data is a crucial element that leads to providing high-quality services. “The significance of such data lies not only in managing operations related to pension services but in enhancing the transparency and agility in the Authority’s operations, thereby allowing them to continuously improve services and maintain sustainable resources.”
She further added that the interactive dashboard showcased at GITEX provides detailed data about customers such as age, profession and social status, amongst others. “The technology utilized in the dashboard supports detection of patterns to analyze customer data, while providing future orientation that results in building a leading and sustainable pension system in par with highest international standards.”
