Deep-rooted conspiracy against India, Hindus and Narendra Modi

India, world’s largest and oldest democracy clearly is facing hostility from various quarters – ranging from ultra-Islamist and Hindu-hating propagandists to tech giants. While according to media reports, sitting in France, an individual named Pinaki Bhattacharya is running vile propaganda against India, Hindus, ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and other patriotic forces in India, tech giant Google’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool Gemini has been accused of violating India’s IT laws and criminal code after it appeared to link Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to ‘fascism’.

According to Russian broadcast network RT, Indian users took to X (formerly Twitter) to draw the government’s attention to Gemini’s response to whether Modi is a “fascist”. The tool replied that the prime minister’s policies have been “characterized as fascist” by experts due to the BJP’s “Hindu nationalist ideology, crackdown on dissent, and its use of violence on religious minorities”.

In contrast, the tool adopted a milder tone when asked the same questions about former US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.

Sreemoy Talukder, Senior Editor, Firstpost in a tweet said, This #GeminiAI from @google is not just woke, it’s downright malicious @GoogleIndia. The GOI should take note.

Commenting on it, Rajeev Chandrashekhar, Union Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, Skill Development, Electronics & Technology in a tweet said, “These are direct violations of Rule 3(1)(b) of Intermediary Rules (IT rules) of the IT act and violations of several provisions of the Criminal code”.

“We’ve worked quickly to address this issue”, Google said in a statement amid the backlash, adding that Gemini is “built as a creativity and productivity tool” and may not “always be reliable”.

In response, Rajeev Chandrasekhar made it clear that invoking the ‘unreliability’ of AI models does not exempt tech platforms from the law. He also warned that India’s digital citizens are “not to be experimented on with unreliable platforms and algorithms”.

Media reports said, India, despite embracing AI for its ability to assist in rapid advancements in healthcare, agriculture, and education, has also been proactive in creating policies to control the impact of the emerging technology. In December, New Delhi issued an advisory mandating that digital and social media platforms communicate content prohibited under IT rules “clearly and precisely” to users. This came after several incidents involving deepfakes triggered an outcry across the country.

The Indian government warned that platforms could lose ‘safe harbor immunity’ and be liable to criminal and judicial proceedings if they fail to implement the prescribed measures.

Speaking at a public forum in December, Chandrasekhar stated, “For the first time, we are transitioning from the abstract concept of self-regulation and diffuse responsibility for safety and trust to legally holding platforms accountable for these principles”. He added that neither the European model nor the American model works for India. “We are striving to demonstrate that there is a hybrid approach, balancing the US model of letting the market regulate with the European model of prioritizing citizens’ rights”, he said.

Earlier, Gemini AI, which was previously known as ‘Bard’ came under criticism led by US billionaire Elon Musk when users accused it of racism, as its image generation tool reportedly fails to show images of white people – apparently due to programming to promote diversity. Amid the backlash, Google announced that the Gemini program will not be allowed to generate images of people, pending a patch.

In an announcement Google said, the Gemini artificial intelligence program will not be allowed to generate images of people pending a patch, after critics panned it as “absurdly woke” and “blatantly racist”.

Gemini users posted numerous examples of “inaccuracies” on X (formerly Twitter), including a black man and a South Asian-looking woman dressed up as the head of the Roman Catholic Church, black and Asian Vikings, and American “founders” that were nothing of the sort.

Another user posted a thread in which Alexandre Dumas’ Three Musketeers were both racially diverse and female – just like the two “greatest tsars of Russia”.

Another widely circulated example showed Gemini insisting on diversity among the Nazis as well.

Gemini generating images of “a wide range of people” is “generally a good thing because people around the world use it”, Jack Krawczyk, the project’s Senior Director of Product Management, told Fox Business. “But it’s missing the mark here”.

The New York Post ridiculed the AI as “absurdly woke”, while tech entrepreneur and former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy described it as “blatantly racist”.

Some critics have dug up Krawczyk’s own social media posts to suggest he might be why the AI has been programmed this way.

Ramaswamy also noted that Gemini’s “globally embarrassing rollout” proved that James Damore – the engineer fired in 2017 for criticizing the corporation’s diversity doctrine – was “100% correct about Google’s descent into an ideological echo chamber”.

“These companies program their employees with broken incentives, and those employees then program the AI with the same biases”, Ramaswamy added.

According to Fox Business, Gemini responded to any requests for images of white people by saying this “reinforces harmful stereotypes and generalizations about people based on their race”. Images of white people embody “a stereotyped view of whiteness” that can be “damaging” to people who aren’t white and to society as a whole, the AI added.

“The people who think poisoning AI/GPT models with incoherent ‘safety’ filters is a good idea are a threat to general computation”, NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden said on X.

ISI operatives joining as freelancers

As part of its covert operation targeting India, Hindus and anti-Islamist forces, Pakistani spy agency Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) has started pushing its operatives into various social media platforms as well as Big Tech firms as freelancers, who are operating from Pakistan as well as other nations, including the West. The undercover freelancers are under monthly payroll of Pakistani ISI, whose main agenda is to flag anti-Pakistan, anti-jihad and pro-India posts on social media as “violation of community standard” and pull-down those posts. At the same time, ISI operative’s agenda is removing thousands of social media accounts and pages while it also plays foul in minimizing the reach of any post that goes against Pakistan or positively promotes India as well as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and patriotic forces. According to a source, the size of ISI operatives inside social media platforms and tech companies as freelancers is thousands, which is continuously growing. The latest case of Google Gemini’s branding Narendra Modi as “fascist” is certainly an act of those ISI operatives.

Son of ISI Pinaki Bhattacharya

Following publication of an article in ThePrint, Son of ISI Pinaki Bhattacharya, who fled Bangladesh after being detected of making counterfeit medicine and drugs has published another video on February 25, 2024, which already has been seen by over five hundred thousand viewers, where Pinaki used extremely offensive remarks at ThePrint, me, my newspaper Blitz as well as those who are actively confronting Pakistani ISI’s “India Out” notoriety. It may be mentioned here that, following January 7 general election in Bangladesh, Al Qaeda-connected ultra-Islamist and pro-Pakistan Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) launched this anti-India movement where Islamabad has mobilized its lapdogs such as Pinaki Bhattacharya and few others in spreading anti-India and anti-Hindu sentiment in Bangladesh through social media platforms and YouTube channels.

According to a report published in Blitz, just a few years ago, Pinaki Bhattacharya found himself estranged from his family after he decided to renounce Hinduism and embrace Islam, influenced by Tablighi Jamaat. Pinaki Bhattacharya was born in 1967 in Jaleshory Tola, Bogra District of Bangladesh. His father’s name is Shaymol Bhattacharya, who was a school teacher at Bogra Zila School and also a Cultural Organizer. Pinaki is the elder son of Shaymol Bhattacharya, and his mother’s name is Shukrity Bhattacharya. He has a brother named Avro Bhattacharya and a sister named Lopa Mudra Bhattacharya. From 1985 to 1992, Pinaki attended Rajshahi Medical College.

His father, Shyamal Bhattacharya, a respected school teacher, writer, and drama actor, was deeply disheartened by his son’s religious conversion. Their relationship soured to the point where Shyamal, in a fit of anger, disowned Pinaki, cutting off all communication. Pinaki, graduated from Rajshahi Medical College in 1992, an institution with a reputation for being associated with Jamaat-e-Islami activities.

Upon learning of Pinaki’s affiliations with ISI and his ties to Islamists, jihadists, and terrorists, his wife, also a physician, distanced herself from him. While residing in Bangladesh, Pinaki, under the guise of producing life-saving drugs in his pharmaceutical factory, engaged in illicit activities, manufacturing counterfeit medicine and ‘Yaba’ tablets-a potent mixture of methamphetamine and caffeine-which were distributed through criminal networks. As law enforcement agencies began to close in on his illegal operations, Pinaki fled Bangladesh and sought asylum in France, falsely claiming to be a “political victim” of the Awami League government.

In France, Son of ISI Pinaki Bhattacharya holds two occupations: he operates an illegal hawala business and manages social media accounts, including a YouTube channel with nearly two million subscribers. The majority of his YouTube audience comprises semi-educated and uneducated individuals from Bangladesh and West Bengal, along with significant viewership from Bangladeshi laborers in various countries such as Malaysia and the Middle East.

Through his YouTube channel, Pinaki Bhattacharya, allegedly associated with the Pakistani intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), disseminates venomous content and propagates vile messages. He targets Bharat (India), Hindu dharma, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), and opposes anti-Islamist and anti-jihadist movements within India and Bangladesh.

Pinaki has garnered popularity among radical Muslims and individuals belonging to the anti-India and anti-Hindu factions in Bangladesh and Pakistan due to his jihadist and anti-India publications. He has allegedly encouraged Bangladeshi Muslims to participate in jihad against Hindus and join jihadist groups operating in Jammu and Kashmir, India. Additionally, he has been reported to praise Hamas for their actions, including attacks on Israelis and instances of violence against Israeli and Jewish girls and women.

Continuous notoriety of individuals like Pinaki Bhattacharya – the Son of ISI may pose serious security threats to Bangladesh and India as he is inciting his audience in resorting to violent acts targeting Indian nationals and Hindus. He is continuing such dangerous activities by using French soil, as he has been living in France as an asylum-seeker. Under such circumstances, authorities in Dhaka and New Delhi should press complaints with Paris with the demand of extraditing this culprit immediately.

Meanwhile, media outlets in the world, including India are humbly requested to raise their voice against individuals like Pinaki Bhattacharya as well as those involved in “India Out” notoriety.
