As creators of and investors in over 30 digital health products, Kilo Health are certainly game-changers when it comes to HealthTech. Named as the second fastest-growing company in Europe by the Financial Times, the global giants are now inviting budding entrepreneurs with industry experience to join their Co-found Program.
The Co-found collaborative initiative was designed by Kilo Health back in 2021 to help those with a passion for digital health launch and scale their very own startups. Successful applicants can choose to jump straight into one of Kilo’s existing projects and elevate it to the next level, or start from scratch with their very own idea.
In either case, the co-founders will benefit from the expertise of Lithuania’s number-one company in the technology sector. This allows them to get the ball rolling immediately, developing a market-ready, comprehensive product in a matter of weeks, rather than years.
“We came up with the Co-found initiative to attract entrepreneurs who want to build health tech startups fast, using the advantages of the Kilo Health marketing and technology platform,” explains Kilo Health’s Chief People Officer Ilona Bernotaitė.
“The Co-founder becomes our business partner and is responsible for deciding on business strategy, developing and launching the product, and building their team. We offer a well-paid role, support, shared knowledge, and an exciting challenge,” adds Bernotaitė.
Along with the finance required, Kilo Health provides everything in return that a digital health visionary could ever need to make their project a success. For instance, they have a dedicated growth department that is continually testing new and exciting ideas.
So far, the department has been involved in more than 50 developed products, and has several more up-and-coming projects in the works right now.
With their area of expertise lying in quick acceleration onto the worldwide market, Kilo Health also has the people to make it happen. Co-founders will have the option to jump into an existing team and lead a project that’s ready to go, or handpick team members from Kilo Health’s pool of over 600 digital health experts. Alternatively, they can choose to hire external talents.
In an industry that’s predicted to grow by 9.16% annually, resulting in a market volume of $275 billion by 2028, digital health companies must continually innovate if they hope to remain competitive and reach the top. And that’s exactly what Kilo Health is doing, both in-house and as part of the unique Co-found initiative.
As leaders in digital health and wellness, Kilo Health has an extensive portfolio of more than 30 in-house and invested products that target the prevention and management of chronic disease, mental wellness, and the building of healthy habits. This includes vagus nerve stimulation device Pulsetto and the personal mental health app Sensa.
This year, Kilo Health is looking to attract new recruits with the drive, tech know-how, and passion for their Co-found Program. To find out more and become part of the digital health revolution, visit the program’s website here.
