SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. (WANE) – For the first time in five years, Indiana Tech women’s basketball is moving on to the NAIA Sweet 16. The Warriors shut down 3-seed John Brown in a 52-43 win.
Erika Foy led Indiana Tech with 23 points in Saturday’s win. Juliana Burris and Taylor Covington also scored in double figures with 13 and 10, respectively.
Indiana Tech advances to the NAIA Sweet 16 in Sioux City, Iowa. The Warriors face 7-seed Briar Cliff (Iowa) on Friday at 9 p.m.
