Stocks to Watch: NBCC, Aster Healthcare, L&T Tech, TVS Motor and Raymond to remain in focus today

The stocks of NCC, Aster Healthcare, L&T Tech, TVS Motor Company and Raymond Group will remain in focus on Thursday. The BSE Sensex and NSE NIfty scripted a turnaround on Wednesday after stock markets closed in red on Tuesday.

New Delhi: The BSE Sensex closed up 89.64 points or 0.12 per cent at 72,101.69 on Wednesday, while the NSE Nifty was up 390.62 points or 0.54 per cent to 72,402.67 at market close. Stocks of TVS Motor India, GE Power, Torrent Power, Raymond Group, Aster Healthcare, among others will be in focus on Thursday.

Aster DM Healthcare

The pharma company plans to segregate its India and Gulf businesses in a move expected to unlock value in the long term. The strategy is nearing its completion pending regulatory approval.

GE Power

The company has secured a purchase order worth Rs 895 crore from Baharat Aluminium and a Rs 747 crore order from the Nuclear Power Corp of India.

NBCC

The government-owned entity received an order for a Rs 249 crore project from the external affairs ministry to offer project management consultancy services for chancery-cum-residence in Jeddah.

L&T Technology Services

The company has entered into a partnership with American technology giant Nvidia to train 1,000 employees in generative AI, creating a pool of specialists over the next 3 years with proficiency in Nvidia AI Enterprise platform, including Nvidia NeMo and Nvidia NIM among others.

Raymond Group

The clothing segment giant is expected to receive a boost from a post by MD Gautam Singhania featuring him with his father, indicating a patch up between the two.

RVNL

RVNL has emerged as the lowest bidder for a Rs 167.28 crore project South Eastern Railway project, CNBC TV18 reported. The project pertains to South Eastern Railways headquarters electricals, CNBCTV18 reported.

Torrent Power

The power company has entered into an agreement for the purchase of the entire equity of a special-purpose vehicle from Solapur Transmission. The latter will use the proceeds towards establishing a transmission system for the evacuation of power from RE projects in Solapur SEZ.

TVS Motor Co

TVS Motor Company completed the acquisition of 8000 shares in Killwatt via TVS Motor Singapore, boosting its stake to 49 per cent from 39.28 per cent earlier.
