The interior of the new Swift has been upgraded with a host of modern features. The dashboard now accommodates a 9-inch free-standing infotainment screen that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wirelessly. Additional features include a wireless charger, Arkamys-tuned sound system, USB Type-A and Type-C ports, Suzuki Connect telematics and for the first time in Swift’s history, rear AC vents.

Performance upgrades
2024 Maruti Swift sports new engine and improved performance
The 2024 Maruti Swift houses a new 1.2L Z12E 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, replacing the previous 1.2L K12 4-cylinder petrol engine. Despite lower performance metrics on paper (80hp/ 112Nm torque), the new engine promises to deliver more mileage at 25.72km/l. The vehicle offers gearbox options of a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. Maruti claims that the new Swift provides improved low end torque, better acceleration, and an enhanced suspension system for superior driving comfort.
