E-mobility India Forum 2022 to focalise strategies on EV adoption, safety concerns and charging infrastructure development

  • Discussing roadmaps for the adoption and promotion of EVs in India, E-Mobility India Forum powered by NGV India Summit will commence its second edition from 29 – 30 September 2022 at Le Meridien, New Delhi. The two-day conference will unite industry thought leaders to discuss strategies and initiatives for improving the penetration of EVs.

Depreciation of air quality, climate change and incremental rise in global temperature are some alarming concerns which demand a transition to electrically powered and emission-free vehicles. To develop an ecosystem for EVs, the Indian government has already implemented policies and subsidies to encourage automobile brands to manufacture EVs locally. The mission is to have 30% of all passenger vehicles in India “electrified” by 2030.
