Google is going to make it easier for you to delete your last search.
The new feature, which the search giant unveiled at its Google I/O developers conference on Tuesday, was among a handful of new options designed to protect user privacy. The annual conference was webcast from a courtyard at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, California.
To access the “quick delete” feature, tap on your profile picture and access your menu. From there, click on “Delete last 15 minutes.” When you’ve done that, Google will erase your search history.
