BCG recently published a survey on the adoption of generative AI by HR functions and the estimated productivity gains. The study was conducted over the period May-June 2024, among 125 HR directors from large companies (turnover greater than $500 million) in the United States and Europe, including France.

- Training and skills development (56%) with content generation or individualization of training recommendations;
- Data analysis (48%);
- Administrative (44%) with the creation of chatbots to answer various administrative questions;
- A potential time saving that would allow HR functions to focus on higher value-added tasks.
