Upholding women as true embodiments of consistency, compassion, courage and conviction, Mr Minister inspired women to keep on excelling in science and technology areas also. Talking about innovating, Smart India, he invoked institution heads to open innovation councils and clubs at their respective campus for students to learn, research, and grow. Concluding his address with lamenting that all great science and technology oriented things are creations by Indians scientists and engineers without any ownership, he invoked all: “Instead of mere creators and participants, we ought to be owners of innovations. Then and then only our country can make illustrious progress.”
