GlobalData’s latest report, “Global Hiring Activity Trends & Signals – Q3 2023,” reveals that sectors such as construction, insurance, banking & payments, technology and communications, and pharmaceuticals posted significant hybrid job roles during the third quarter (Q3) of 2023.

An analysis of GlobalData’s Job Analytics Database reveals that some of the notable companies that posted hybrid jobs during Q3 2023 include Black & Veatch Corp, Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc, Wells Fargo & Co, Charter Communications Inc, and Merck & Co Inc.
Black & Veatch Corp’s “EPC Project Director – Utility-Scale Solar” hybrid role focuses on the portfolio of utility-scale EPC and services projects primarily encompassing both union and non-union solar farms and solar generation. Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc’s “Director of Client Service, Employee Health & Benefits” role supports colleagues through the life cycle, from recruitment to professional development to creating an environment of inclusion and motivation in a hybrid work environment.
Wells Fargo & Co’s “Financial Crimes Director” hybrid work role is to develop and implement procedures ensuring proactive identification, prevention, execution, detection, investigation, recovery, and government internal reporting of financial crimes activity.
