The third edition of the annual India Mobile Congress will take place from 14th-16th October 2019 at Aerocity, New Delhi. The official announcements for the India Mobile Congress 2019, the most important telecom event in India, were made in a curtain raiser event on 27th July 2019 at New Delhi.
The inaugural statement announcing the third edition of the India Mobile Congress was made by Minister of Communications, Electronics & Information Technology and Law & Justice, Government of India, Ravi Shankar Prasad. Addressing, the audience, Ravi Shankar Prasadsaid, “India Mobile Congress is an annual gathering of the top telecom and Digital technology companies in India and I urge all the industry leaders, brands, innovators, academia and the policy makers to come together to make IMC the biggest technology show in Asia.”
Smt. Aruna Sundararajan, erstwhile Chairperson, DCC and Secretary (T), DoT, Ministry of Communications, Government of India and Anshu Prakash, the newly appointed Chairperson, DCC and Secretary (T), DoT, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, were also guests of honour at the India Mobile Congress 2019 curtain raiser.
