CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — The 18th Annual MIT Sloan CIO Symposium today announced that Vipin Gupta, CIO, Toyota Financial Services (TFS), is the recipient of the prestigious 2021 MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award. Over the past fourteen years, the Award has recognized Chief Information Officers (CIOs) who lead their organizations to deliver exemplary levels of business value through innovative use of IT.

Before joining Toyota, he served as EVP and CIO for KeyBank’s Retail and Private Banking business, where he led customer-focused digital transformation at speed. Mr. Gupta has been recognized for his results-oriented leadership. CIO Magazine recognized him as ‘One to Watch’, a ‘Standout Winner in Innovation’ and a ‘CIO 100 Honoree’.
