“People Will Look Back at the 21st Century And Laugh” – Luxembourg’s Deputy PM

Luxembourg is the capital of the small European nation of the same name, which is landlocked between France, Belgium and Germany. Although small in size, the region attracts commuters from each of its surrounding countries, welcoming over 900,000 people a day.

For its Deputy Prime Minister, Francois Bausch, this has created an extremely exciting case study for global mobility, in urban ecosystems around the world.

Speaking to Auto Futures, Bausch highlights the importance of taking a holistic approach to transport, allowing cars, mobility services and people to co-exist in urban areas and not forgetting about climate change, despite the present Covid-19 pandemic.
