UK based SRAM & MRAM Group will invest 100 million dollar in real estate projects in India. The company has signed an agreement with Area CAS Developers and Infrastructure Private Limited (Area Group), and Gupta Builders and Promoters Private Limited (GBP Group) who have existing and upcoming real estate projects.
“With the latest investments, SRAM & MRAM Group is looking forward to their mega-collaboration with Indian partners,” said Sailesh Lachu Hiranandani, Chairman, SRAM & MRAM Group.
The investment would be done in a phased manner through SRAM & MRAM Technologies Limited, which is a 100% subsidiary of SRAM & MRAM Technologies & Resources Limited.
Company said that 6 million USD will be invested in GBP Group’s CENTRUM project by Area Group and further investment will be made in projects in Gurugram.
CENTRUM has over half a million square feet on offer for Retail Showrooms, Office Space, Studios, SOHO (Small Office Home Office), Food Court, a 5 Star Hotel, Restaurants and Entertainment sector.
GBP Group has its projects located in North India, with a majority of projects around Chandigarh. The GBP group caters to both the residential and commercial developments.
