Communications agency Stellar has expanded its roster with two exciting new clients Freshey and Westholme Wagyu, cementing its positioning as a sought after premium lifestyle agency within the produce and hospitality sectors.
Returning client, Peter Manettas, has again sought the expertise of Stellar for the launch of Freshey, a digital marketplace for the fresh fruit and vegetable sector. Stellar has been working with the executive team to launch this innovative technology solution at a time when price transparency in the industry is much needed.
Freshey is set to transform the way growers directly engage with buyers, allowing for more sustainable farming and the potential to stabilise the price of fresh fruit and vegetables in our local stores.
Says Gabrielle Sigelski, co-owner and director, Stellar: “Innovation drives business and working with operators who have this at the forefront of what they do is incredibly inspiring. It’s also a reminder that Stellar’s communications expertise can be applied to a broad range of client sectors, we thoroughly enjoy applying our premium lifestyle lens and expertise across diverse industry sectors.”
Stellar’s second appointment is with Westholme Wagyu, the supplier of world-class Australian wagyu to the finest restaurants across the country. Owned and operated by Australian Agricultural Company and established in 1824, AAco is Australia’s largest integrated cattle and beef producer, and is the oldest continuously operated company in Australia.
Stellar has been engaged by Westholme to manage the PR and influencer outreach in support of their Westholme Supper Club series in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, designed as a way to celebrate the art of dining and bring together Waygu lovers across all cities, in an exciting dinner format.
The Supper Club Series sees Westholme collaborate with nine of the country’s best chefs, tasked to design a bespoke menu that heroes the buttery and mouth-watering Westholme wagyu produce.
