Pune: Ltd. is partnering with several of its global clients to collectively drive the support movement against the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic in India.
These clients include Telefónica Deutschland, Project Management Institute and Celonis.
The collaborations aim to extend support to Tech Mahindra Foundation, the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of the Pune-based IT services firm, to service communities, employees and families across India through various revolutionary work.
“While the Foundation continues with its Covid-19 Relief and Rehabilitation initiatives, we are also collaborating with some of Tech Mahindra’s global customers to facilitate a broader ecosystem with diverse expertise to solve some of the recurring challenges,” said Rakesh Soni, chief executive officer at Tech Mahindra Foundation.
Alongside Tech Mahindra’s extensive ground work, Tech Mahindra Foundation has provided relief support to over 23 lakh people across 16 states, said the company.
Earlier this year, Tech Mahindra extended its support to Mission Oxygen for setting up 50 oxygen plants for charitable and government hospitals and #OxygenForIndia for deploying 3,000 conentrators 40,000 cylinders to help resolve the oxygen crisis in India.
Besides, the company has also launched a covid vaccination drive for its employees and their kin.
