Seasoned SaaS executive brings over 15+ years of experience to help fuel Tempo’s next phase of growth
BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Tempo, the leading provider of modern strategic portfolio management solutions, today announced the appointment of Jenny Decker as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Decker will lead the company’s global finance, accounting, enterprise applications, and operations functions.

Decker spent a significant portion of her career at Atlassian, where she worked on the strategy and finance teams during a pivotal period of global expansion and operational growth. There, she played a key role in supporting Atlassian’s transformation from a pre-IPO company to one of the world’s leading public enterprise software companies. Decker’s experience at Atlassian also gave her valuable insight into the changing needs of modern software teams – a perspective that will now directly inform her leadership at Tempo, a company deeply integrated into the Atlassian ecosystem.
