Adani Enterprises received two show cause notices (SCNs) from the Sebi over Hindenburg report in Q4FY24, alleging non-compliance of its provisions of the listing agreements and disclosure requirements (LODR regulations), the company stated in its filing to the exchanges, will keep stock in focus.
The Nifty 50 index gained 43 points to close at 22,648 points while the BSE Sensex gained 128.33 points to close 74,611.11 points.
In the Nifty 50 index BPCL, Power grid, Asian paints, Tata motors and Bajaj auto made into the list of top gainers while the Kotak bank, Tata consumers, Bharti Airtel made into the list of top losers.

- Adani Enterprises Stock: Company reported a 37.63 per cent year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 450.58 crore for the quarter that ended on March 31 in financial year 2023-24
- Hindustan Unilever Stock: HUL has appointed Vipul Mathur as Executive Director of Personal Care, effective June 1st.
- Adani Energy Stock: The company entered into an agreement with Windson Project to buy Pointleap Projects for Rs 13.15 crore.
- Zydus Lifesciences Stock: The company plans to sell shares in the joint venture Bayer Zydus Pharma valued Rs 282 crore. Following the equity sale, Bayer Zydus Pharma will cease to be a joint venture of the firm.
- TVS Holdings Stock: The company plans to pay Rs 41.16 crore to Sandwood Investments for the remaining 10.74% interest in Emerald Haven Realty.
