BECKLEY, W.Va. (WVVA) – It was senior day in Beckley for the WVU Tech Golden Bears Saturday, hosting the Rio Grande RedStorm in a River States Conference matchup.
It was all WVU Tech all day on senior day, scoring four runs in the first, three more in the second and four more in the third to cruise to a 15-0 victory over Rio Grande. WVU Tech is now 19-15 on the year, with two more games against Rio Grande Sunday in Charleston.
