Bangalore, India, July 22, 2019 : Zinnov, a leading global management consulting firm, hosted the 10th edition of its marquee Awards on the 18th of July at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Bengaluru.
Zinnov Awards 2019 was not just about Global Centers blitz scaling for growth, but was also the year of the underdogs. The focus was to put those India centers in the limelight that have the ambition to transform as well as those that have readied themselves to accelerate to the next level. It equally emphasized the importance of recognizing not just the Goliaths of the technology ecosystem but the Davids too. It was an opportunity for new/emerging small scale Global Centers to showcase their concerted efforts to drive value from India. Interestingly, 2019 saw participation from Enterprise IT as well as Global Business Services (GBS) Global Centers apart from ER&D Global Centers.
The august gathering included senior leaders from the ecosystem, technology practitioners, forward-thinking innovators, industry stalwarts and the who’s who of the MNC technology ecosystem. Zinnov Awards continues to be an acknowledged gold standard in recognizing the achievements and contributions of Global Centers in India, and this year too, saw an overwhelming response with over 300+ nominations from 150+ companies across 8 award categories.

Category 1: Technical Role Model: This category is an individual contributor award and recognizes those individuals who have been technology stalwarts and star contributors to the internal and external technology ecosystem.
